Shipping Your Cue In For Repair
- Pack your cue in a hard case if you have one, wrapped in bubble wrap or paper
- Use a sturdy box with at least 2″ of padding on all sides
- Ship with tracking and insurance for the declared value
- Include your name, phone, email, and repair notes inside the box
- Return shipping is included in your repair quote unless noted otherwise
